Minimum Booking :

There is a minimum party booking (or 2 persons).

Additional charges may apply for City Centre Car Parking fees, this is just the parking fee we are charged.

Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday bookings are booked very quickly, please book ahead in order to secure your date.

 

Once you have Booked with us:

When we have received your booking, please note the below terms re your agreed Booking in hours & payment.

Invoice payment

All fees for services arranged are to be pre-paid, as communicated either in phonecall, email, or text. The full balance will be due at least 21 to 14 days prior to the party, to the invoice produced.  Once a Therapist/s has been confirmed, and the Final list has been communicated - then the booker/ host will be bound by this price even if a Guest/s, do not have their Treatment/s, change their mind, or other.

No reductions to the confirmed list are tolerated. If you have booked & requested 4hrs, at any time during the booking - the agreed booking is 4hrs booked session.

Payment is payable by banks transfer only, to the invoice produced. If the payment is late (not received by the due date), an instant £10 late fee is added to the invoice. If we are still waiting for payment on the Monday before the party weekend (6 days before), it's a further £10 added, late fee. If we have not received payment, up to a few days before, we have every right to cancel the booking - no pre-payments or deposits are due back to you.

 

 

Cancellation Policy :

In the event that the party and the booked date, is cancelled by yourselves, the booking payment is non refundable.

Any cancelations or alterations need to be received more than 2 weeks before the party. At 2 weeks, the full payment of the party is paid and no cancellations are acceptable. Any amendments after this period, may incur admin charges.

If the party does not go ahead, due to our company not receiving the full Treatments list, address or other information that we require, the full amount of the party is still chargeable, in which we will send you the invoice to pay. We have the right to cancel any party if the information is not supplied within the time period.

We require the full information at a minimum of 2 full weeks before the party, or more. The full balance of any booking is required 2 weeks before the party date.

 

Code of Conduct :

Our spa therapists are professional practicians and operate a strict code of conduct. Unprofessional behaviour or sexually-suggestive remarks or advances will require the termination of our services immediately. We also, do not tolerate alcohol or other intoxication when in excess. This decision is made and at the sole descretion of our therapist. You will be liable for full payment of scheduled services.

In addition, our professional therapists may refuse or terminate a treatment if:

Contra-indications apply i.e. broken, infected skin or sores, a medical condition that is not advisable for treatment
